Digital Inventory Administrator

Our busy dealership is looking to hire a self-motivate individual to be responsible for inventory administration maintenance. If you are self-starting, works great with direction, and loves a busy environment this is the perfect role for you! This role is a combination of data entry, data maintenance, and auditing. You will be responsible for working closely with the New and Used vehicle departments to ensure accuracy and best representation of the online inventory presence of all vehicles. Duties will include adding/deleting and updating inventory to our systems, writing vehicle descriptions, and auditing the online presence of inventory to top expectations. You will be expected to keep up to date accountability of all vehicles that are in-stock, ensuring they have high-quality photos, write ups and the correct required materials.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail for digital presence of New & Used Inventory
  • Writing detailed descriptions of vehicles & their features, selling points etc.
  • Manual data entry of all vehicles available for sale
  • Manual management of all vehicles available for sale
  • Making sure all inventory has photos & is showing online with correct pricing
  • Making sure accurate information is cross-posted on marketplaces including; Facebook, Kijiji, CarGurus, and AutoTrader
  • Working closely with Sales & Service teams to know when vehicles are ready for photos
  • Auditing all work for complete accuracy
  • Working directly with photographer to ensure photos are completed in timely fashion

Experience Required:

  • Data entry experience is an asset
