Duties & Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and ensure that they have a pleasant experience
- Monitor customers for violations of gaming regulations or casino policies
- Inform their supervisor or a security employee of any irregularities they observe
- Enforce safety rules and report hazards
- Explain how to play the games to customers
- Oversee operations in the site assigned and report concerns to immediate supervisor/manager.
- Assist and top-up players.
- Attend to player needs.
- Troubleshoot gaming machines and POS when necessary.
Requirements:
- Computer literate
- Patient, reliable, hardworking and punctual.
- Above average communication skills.
- Able to establish and maintain good relationship with all players.
- Experience working as a Gaming Attendant in casinos or any related
Job Type: Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pasay City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
