Project Manager

Job Summary:Coordinates people and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures all projects are within scope, within budget, and delivered on time.
• Prepares comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.
• Leads internal and external planning and execution meetings with other managers and team members to review the status of each project and implement changes as necessary to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitors project progress and handles any issues that arise.
• Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all stakeholders, internal teams, and end users
• Coordinates project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Collects analyzes and improves implementation, pre-sales, and other group functions as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in project implementation preferably on IT Infrastructure projects such as structured cabling, fiber-optic laying, CCTV installations
• Project Management Professional certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership skills.
