Description
Key responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Define and design functionality, user flows, and interfaces using current and new design language (you will be improving existing features and designing new ones)
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g, images, sketches, and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
- Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
- Account for and track the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design
What we expect:
- An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in interaction, visual design, color theory, typography, and ideation
- Experience designing digital products and systems, not just websites (you have helped build products)
- Experience with design software like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Invision, and Zeplin
- Being open to feedback and willing to implement changes based on feedback and requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
