Event Management company is requiring a well-organized production coordinator.
Job type
Full time, from 10AM to 7PM.
1 day off. 3 years visa provided.
Location
Dubai, 10min on foot from Mall of the Emirates.
Salary
From AED3500- AED4000 depending on experience
Responsibilities include
- Assist the planning team on the event preparations
- Do site inspections and attend meetings pre-events
- Search and order for events installation supplies
- Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers & vendors
- Monitor inventory
- Preparing all required documentation for installations
- Make the installation schedule for the installations and dismantling
- Constant follow ups for the production process
- Event co-ordination on-site with the production and installation team
Required
- Proficient in MS Office, specially excel
- Able to handle stress and remain calm
- UAE experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in event area is preferable
Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
