Responsibilities:

• Conduct training for newly hired operational team members on frontload Language training
• Deliver training using multiple mediums - classroom, webinar, blended learning approaches
• Deliver continuing education, up skill, and performance improvement training as necessary focused on language improvement for agents on floor.
• Provide feedback on trainee performance in the classroom focused on Language to Operational Leaders
• Assess the training and organizational development for the operation related to Language skills of team members
• Participate in the development of training programs and classroom materials, focused on language proficiency upskilling
• Provide leadership within the classroom or virtual classroom environment
• Report training metrics and generate training related reports

Requirements:

• Experience teaching and/or providing training
• Language coaching
• Communications improvement
• Action Plan design
• Profiling

Nice to have:

• Highly proficient in English.
• MS Office Tools proficiency
• Training experience/education is a plus
