Description
To manage the Oriental Distribution Division covering all aspects of sales in assigned countries and export of oriental perfume products to these countries.
- Drive business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments.
- Explore new business opportunities and expand market base with new customers.
- Ensure optimum market coverage; enhance width of distribution & product mix.
- Provide leadership in a manner that the whole team is committed to meet and exceed targets.
- Explore overseas markets, identify suitable importers and appoint Distributors on assessment of their capabilities to meet corporate objectives.
- Guide the distributors to perform in a professional manner in areas of orders forecast, inventories, distribution, market coverage, retailing, merchandising & product visibility.
Salary: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
