Reservation Agent- for a Wellness Center in Ajman

Our valued client (Health & wellness center) in Ajman is hiring a full-time Reservation agent -A native Arabic speaker.

Job responsibilities:

• She will be Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of services.
• She will make reservations for customers based on their various requirements.
• She will be Processing payments and sending confirmation details.
• Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
• Experience working in sales, preferably in the hospitality, health & wellness or travel industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite.

Salary: AED 3600+ shared accommodation

Location: Ajman
