That’s right: we are GAMETIME SOCIAL, and we are INSPIRED in our search for the finest Host/ Hostess' that Burlington has to offer.

So exactly what type of individual are we looking for in a GameTime Social Host/ Hostess?

Are you the type of person who is OBSESSED with service and providing all guests with a truly authentic, genuine, and simply unforgettable experience?

Are you the type of person that is, so detail-oriented, so standards driven, so prideful, that no consideration or effort is ever too small, too insignificant, or too much trouble?

Are you the type of person who is hands-on, LEADS BY EXAMPLE, and is always striving to establish a culture of excellence and performance driven results?

Are you the type of person who is a real team player, who CARES about the people they work with, and is relentlessly learning and staying current with new trends, to improve upon

their own knowledge, and to help make everyone else around them better?

Responsibilities: (All of the above, and below, but not exhaustive of what the position entails)

• Greet Guest in a friendly and welcoming attitude and seat guests to their table.
• Answer phone call, take reservations and provide information to guests.
• Organize seating and server floor plan.
• Assist Server in pre-bussing and cleaning tables.
• General clean up of work area.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, Polite, Energetic and Outgoing Attitude.
• Able to communicate in a professional manner to guests, in person and on the phone.
• Computer Savvy and able to lean and use Point of Sale System and Open Table App.
• Able to Stand at Host/Hostess desk for long length of shift.
