Description
We are looking for a Communication and Marketing Manager!
Profile:
- Degree in Marketing and/or Communication;
- More than 2 years of professional experience;
- Strong critical thinking and proactive;
- Experience in the Information Technology industry and B2B market;
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Wix;
- Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads;
- Experience with Canva or Photoshop/Illustrator;
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Main Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management (plan content & design and data analysis);
- Website Content Management and Data Analysis;
- Advertising Management (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads);
- Plan and coordinate internal initiatives and events;
- Internal Communication Management (newsletters, videos etc);
- Support Employer Branding Initiatives (including Job Fairs and Job Postings);
- Corporate and Sales Presentations Management;
- Participation in the annual marketing and communication strategy plan;
- Creation of marketing materials (e.g brochures, flyers, roll-ups etc);
- Support sales team monthly meetings;
- Be the point of contact to support CRM utilization;
- Create monthly reports based on CRM activity;
- Manage Offer Portfolio and support documents.
