Communication and Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Communication and Marketing Manager!

Profile:

• Degree in Marketing and/or Communication;
• More than 2 years of professional experience;
• Strong critical thinking and proactive;
• Experience in the Information Technology industry and B2B market;
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Wix;
• Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads;
• Experience with Canva or Photoshop/Illustrator;
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Main Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management (plan content & design and data analysis);
• Website Content Management and Data Analysis;
• Advertising Management (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads);
• Plan and coordinate internal initiatives and events;
• Internal Communication Management (newsletters, videos etc);
• Support Employer Branding Initiatives (including Job Fairs and Job Postings);
• Corporate and Sales Presentations Management;
• Participation in the annual marketing and communication strategy plan;
• Creation of marketing materials (e.g brochures, flyers, roll-ups etc);
• Support sales team monthly meetings;
• Be the point of contact to support CRM utilization;
• Create monthly reports based on CRM activity;
• Manage Offer Portfolio and support documents.
