Support administrative processes for Bosch HR partners in Portugal

  • Support in the complete and timely maintain data into SAP. Data and employee lifecycle and event management related to employees (from onboarding to termination)
  • Maintenance and control of personnel documentation (electronically)
  • Preparation of reports
  • Contact with external entities (e.g. Social Security)
  • Internal control processes
  • Participation in international projects for the development of HR processes and systems
  • Responsibility for some of Bosch's HR IT Systems
  • Contribute to achieve team and department's goals and targets

Qualifications:

  • High School Level Diploma as a minimum, Human Resources Degree or other relevant area would be preferred;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Experience in HR or shared services industry (is a plus);
  • A keen interest in a career in HR shared services (is a plus);
  • Solid MS Office tools knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Strong customer focus with results and quality orientation;
  • Flexibility in adapting to new tasks and changing processes;
  • Solid collaboration skills and proactivity.
