IT Help Desk Technician

SIST - Associate College of Cardiff Metropolitan University - Private higher education school in Tangier is looking for an IT help desk technician.

Role:

• Take the main role in the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, LAN, hardware, and software.
• weekly inspection of all the IT systems and information system and, diagnosis of issues, preventive action and maintenance, and reporting
• Training other staff on computer, multimedia systems, and information systems.
• Admin role in the organisation information systems
• Communication with suppliers for IT equipment, consumables, and general maintenance while adhering to the procurement requirements and policies set by the Finance department.
• Keep track of inventory and report shortages.

Requirements:

• Professional, academic, or vocational degree in IT, computer science or relevant field from a well recognised institute.
• 1-2 years relevant experience
• good level in English and French writing and speaking
• good understanding of IT systems, computers, printers, photocopiers, interactive boards, scanners, and other tech products.
• ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• good knowledge in Local Area Network and servers
• driving license is preferred
