Description
The Cleaning Supervisor oversees several project sites and their team of cleaners and cleaning tasks. He supervises cleaners to carry out their work. He inspects the work area cleaned by cleaners. He manages work schedule of cleaners and reallocate work to cover absences. He ensures all cleaning equipment is well maintained and is safe for use. He checks on the stock level of cleaning materials and equipment. He must also be able to, guide, train and also perform cleaning duties when needed in emergency situations.
He should have at east 4 to 5 years experience in facility management / cleaning company experience of managing or working with a team. Having good interpersonal and communication skills and being fluent in the English language is essential.
He should be a degree holder in any discipline or facilities management, available in Qatar with a transferable work visa.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Salary: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
