Food Safety Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design, initiate and implement in a timely manner safe food systems such as ISO 22000, HACCP, QPA, GMP, Kitchen Audits and other.
• Develop food safety manuals for specific clients (ISO, HACCP, GMP or other).
• Conduct courtesy calls and visits.
• Conduct kitchen audits and prepare gap analysis and other relevant reports.
• Organize, provide and deliver of Boecker® Food Safety training programs.
• Manage training delivery, evaluation and follow up as needed.
• Handle exams’ process and issue certificates accordingly.
• Maintain data entries and data integrity on the Company's systems.
• Participate in the organization of Public Health events internally and externally.
• Support Sales team by providing them with leads and technical assistance during prospecting phase.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Sciences or equivalent
• Fresh graduate with 0 to 1 year of experience in Food Safety
• English proficiency is a must
• Qatari Driving license is a must
• Locally available in Qatar with transferable visa

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Qatari driving license (preferred)
