*Scrum Master *to join our team at Globant!
We are seeking highly motivated Scrum Master / Program Manager to manage a very prestigious project Evolution of Modern Marketing (EMM). This position will directly report into Head of EMM, Spain. Scrum Master will be responsible for using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver various workflows for EMM, Sp. They need to ensure all contributors are interacting & collaborating in a meaningful way. Specifically, the role will be responsible planning, coordinating with various Global/ Spanish teams, agencies, managing teamwork, goal alignment & delivering work in due deadlines
- You will get the chance to:_
- Coach and drive agile marketing principles and ways of working into the EMM cross-functional team while designing and delivering.
- Work with the EMM Market Lead to stablish agile ceremonies and sprinting plan, and define a monitoring system to track progress and evolution of the EMM project.
- Work with Market and channel leads on the overall EMM strategic objectives and support them refining ideas / tests / campaigns in the backlog breaking them down into small achievable goals for each Sprint.
- Foster close cooperation across all team members, encourage cross-training and supporting each other.
- Facilitate communication and ensure collaboration between stakeholders and agencies and remove roadblocks that may impact the delivery.
- Identify the key dependencies and coach EMM cross-functional team members to remove impediments (e.g., logístical challenges, vendor dependencies) to ensure they are communicated and resolved so it doesn’t impact the overall timelines.
- Track project performance within the agile tool, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and medium-term goals and periodically share progress and next steps with all stakeholders and global teams.

- Desired 3-5 years working in Marketing (e.g., CRM, Media, Digital, CX, Analytics), or experience in Project Management for Marketing teams, Agile marketing preferred
- Keenness to quickly upskill on agile methodology, values, and principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Digital, Business, Marketing)
