Description
We are looking for Jounier Architect:
An architect with a minimum of 2 years of experience required in Architecture design development and other construction documentation
Familiarity with local code and requirements of local authorities and submissions such as Dubai Municipality, DDA, Tarakhees, green building regulations, Estidama etc.
Report presentation skills
- In design, photoshop, or others
An eye for design details, specifications, and maintain design standards.
Good knowledge of building materials and finishes
Strong English communication skills with experience in coordinating with other stakeholders such as MEP and Civil engineers
Experience in reviewing designs and submitting related reports.
Location: Dubai (Must)
