Description
Undertake design project from concept to completion
Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
Attending client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors
Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
Creating initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability
Set costs and project fees according to budget
Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project
Produce “sample” and “mood products”
Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
Supervise work progress
Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
Requirements:
a. Portfolio and Sample in PDF and CAD.
b. Project management experience.
c. 3 to 4 years’ Experience
d. Experience with computational design.
e. Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
f. Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
g. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp or similar design software.
