Description
Job responsibility:
- Welcome guests by name upon their arrival and departure to provide excellent customer service
- Greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Provide quick and superior customer service to all guests.
- Responsible for handling cash register and cash flow Responsible for fast and efficient check-out of customers' vehicles Dispatched valet crew.
- Responsible for accepting all types of payments Cash, Debit or Credit cards.
- Responsible for valet parking, and kept track of all guest's keys and vehicles.
- Accounted for at the opening and closing of shifts.
- Assist valet attendants with giving out and taking in keys as cars were parked and picked up.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications:
*High school diploma or equivalent/ Bachelors Degree.
*Preferred previous hotel/ mall Valet experience.
- Worked knowledge of valet cashier/dispatch description. Must adhere to associate-parking restrictions.
*Good communication and excellent customer service skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Salary: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
