Roles and Responsibilities
The understudy to the Curriculum Design and Implementation Supervisor will be required to become familiar with the following portfolios, with the long term aim of fulfilling the following duties:
New Programme Design & Development
Design the curriculum framework for any new programmes that AFDA may want to offer in future
Oversee and guide the development of the curriculum, syllabus, and the learning & teaching strategy of a new programme.
Stipulate the resource requirements for the programme.
Existing programme revision
Participate in the Quality Assurance of all existing programmes on offer at AFDA through the revision of these programmes, based on the findings of the institution’s quality management systems
New/revised programme implementation
Oversee and quality assure the implementation of new programmes during its roll-out phases
Oversee and quality assure the implementation of revisions to existing programmes, as per the review findings of AFDA’s quality management systems
