Duties and Requirements:
- Daily FOH management duties
- Daily cash ups
- Staff management
- Customer liaison
- Overseeing the day to day operations of restaurant
- Planning, directing and coordinating the restaurant operations
- Stock management / Stock Take
- Training of staff
- Marinating a constant Cost of Sales percentage
- Brand marketing to boost sales / local guest and visitors
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Passionate about service delivery
- Eye for detail
- Love for good food and good wine
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: R25,000.00 - R27,000.00 per month
