Position: Fibre Sales Agent
Location: KZN
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Must be mature, hardworking, a team player, self-motivated, target driven, honest, neat, reliable and organized.
CORE PURPOSE
- Responsible for fibre sales (Contract New/ Upgrades/ Migration)
- Travel to sites / workplaces of potential customers
- Provide product, promotion and pricing information to customers
- Keep Sales Manager informed by submitting activity and results reports
- Maintain up to date records of area and customer sales
- Meet sales target daily, weekly & monthly
- Manage and account for all equipment and assets in your possession at all times
- Implement and follow the company’s policies at all times
- Keep up to date with Telkom’s latest products offers
- Ensure the promotional area is clean and neat at all times keeping the internal and external appearance at the highest standard
- Agent’s responsibility to ensure that the sales process is a professional experience for our customers
- Agent will provide advice to customers and share product knowledge, to ensure that our products best meet their needs - ensuring that the satisfaction of the customer is the focus at all times.
- Agent to provide assistance or support to customers whenever needed.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Own vehicle as you will be transporting promotional items.
- Prepared to travel within the region on short notice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Telecommunication knowledge is an advantage.
- Passion for Customer Service
- Goal driven.
- Well presented.
- Covid-19 vaccinated.
This position is permanent / part time - a probationary period of three months will be served, thereafter you will be made permanent if all targets are met
Salary - R5000.00 basic
R1000.00 travel allowance.
25% commission.
Job Type: Temp to perm
Salary: From R5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Berea, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Sales/Cellular: 1 year (preferred)
