Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented *Scheduler *to join our team! In this role you will get to d evelop, manage, and/or execute all phases of the project controls effort (planning/scheduling and cost analysis).

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Implements and maintains Planning/Scheduling requirements on the project
  • Understands and applies engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relations.
  • Develops and maintains critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing this information
  • Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts current status against an established baseline schedule
  • Assesses the impact(s) of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.
  • Report schedule status to all levels of project and company management as well as to the client
  • Provides input and performs analytical review of reports generated
  • Accumulates and access historical data, such as performance experience, for use in maintaining a realistic basis for future planning and forecasting
  • Provide guidance and specialized assistance to Senior Resident Engineer and others in the resolution of project control issues.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or related field)
  • 10 years of planning and scheduling experience within infrastructure/housing projects.
  • PMP certification is a must.
  • Proficient PC skills including a proficiency in various Project Controls Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
