We are currently hiring a passionate, user-centered UI/UX Designer to join a collaborative and innovative team to create visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design the best customer experience by doing user research and competitor analysis
- Convert requirements to easy and simple to use products for the end users
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems
- Colloborating effectively with product, developing, and management teams
- Making sure all the outputs are based on user-centric design approach
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
- Create prototype for product ideas
- Test new ideas before implementing
- Stay updated with information on the latest UI trends and design skills
Required Skillset:
- Excellent communication skills and can articulate your ideas, designs and suggestions
- Team spirit and Good time management skills
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow charts, storyboards and site maps
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Detail oriented and critical thinker
- Proficiency in Adobe photoshop and Adobe illustrator
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science or a relevant field.
Experience: 0 to 10 Years
Salary Package: 2.2 to 10 Lakhs ctc / annum (Based on the experience and current salary, hike will be given)
Job Location: Perungalathur, Chennai
