Your mission at Webhelp
At Webhelp, your contribution will make a difference in the business of our clients and the life of their customers. Your project belongs to a multinational company provider of renting cars.
You will be the first point of contact for customers and a dedicated brand ambassador. The right person for this role is a passionate game-changer at addressing customers’ needs, aiming to provide excellent service.
What you will be doing at Webhelp
- Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
- Attracting potential customers by answering questions about rent-a-car reservations and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet the customer needs.
- Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
- Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
- Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.
We’ll be a great match if you:
Proficient Spanish (C1/C2):
Excellent communication and people skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions
- Proactivity, self-motivated and a great team player
