Junior Data Analyst

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our customer success team. Data analysts play a key role, providing analytical support and expertise to both our internal teams and customers. At DataChat we are building a groundbreaking analytics platform that users interact with using precise natural language to perform a full stack of data science functions. As a data analyst you will be responsible for working with a wide range of stakeholders to complete data science workflows to solve real world problems. This will include working with pre-sales, customer success, and customers to define data science problems and solve them using the DataChat platform.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support sales and account executives with building and maintaining product demos, customer workshops, and PoCs
  • Assist customers using the DataChat Analytics Platform

Skill and Qualifications:

  • Foundational experience with Machine Learning
  • Mapping technical solutions to business requirements
  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Familiarity with python - specifically, pandas, numpy, sklearn, and jupyter notebooks
  • Experience with machine learning, including feature engineering, training, and hyperparameter optimization
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Curiosity and growth mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32 per week

Salary: $44,216.91-$61,612.97 per year
