Mô Tả Công Việc:
- Managing inhouse Odoo development team to support daily operation & new change request per business requirement for ecommerce ERP system.
- Collaborate with business to point out pain points, collect requirement and develop project plans, timeline, and budgets; identifying resources needed
- Manage and drive vendors to complete project in in a timely manner.
- Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
- Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
- Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc:
- At least 6 years of experience in software development field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in Project or Product Manager position.
- Able to lead a team of developers follow agile & scrum methodology
- Experience working across business units, understanding their issues and managing their expectations.
- Experience in ERP as the back-office system for ecommerce: OMS, marketing, promotion, loyalty, inventory, fulfillment, logistics & warehouse integration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of reading and writing of English.
