Description
The Chef de Partie is responsible for overseeing the Pastry section, supporting the Pastry Chef and Head Chef in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality pastries and bakery products, supervising the junior team members, and ensuring health and safety regulations are always adhered to.
Education & Experience
- At least a high school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- Preferably with Culinary Arts, pastry-making, baking, or relevant field
- Having a minimum of 5 years of previous experience in the culinary industry, 2 years of which in as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant Supervisory or equivalent role
- Knowledge/expertise of pastry/ bakery
- Experience in a restaurant is required
Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
