Hendok one of the leading steel manufacturers based in Phoenix industrial Park, Durban has an exciting opportunity in our Material Handling Department for a well experience Shift Storeman
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric with Maths
- MS Excel / Word / Outlook
- Experience on a Syspro or Sage will be advantageous
- Valid 7 Ton forklift license or willingness to obtain
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar environment
Duties:
- Manage incoming deliveries by verifying and signing for shipments, unloading, and storing the received items, and processing any returns
- Offload truck when required
- Ensure all items received is accurate
- Ensure all received goods is in good order
- Packaging products for return to vendors and filling out any paperwork necessary
- Issuing stock to internal clients
- Capturing Stock onto system
- Ensure weekly stock takes are completed accurately
- Ensure the stores area is always kept tidy
