YOUR MISSIONS

As a member of the client service team, you are the dedicated contact for business Swiss clients. Committed, dynamic and proactive, you help customers to travel smoothly:

  • Ensure the operational and personalized management of requests (air, rail, cars and hotels)
  • Handle litigation and claims
  • Manage the interface with suppliers
  • Identify and propose fare optimization
  • You already know and have worked with *Amadeus *?
  • You have a first experience in tourism?
  • Do you speak German and English ? (French is a plus!)
  • You are enthusiastic and have a good sense of humor?
  • Teamwork and a great sense of service are key for you?
