YOUR MISSIONS
As a member of the client service team, you are the dedicated contact for business Swiss clients. Committed, dynamic and proactive, you help customers to travel smoothly:
- Ensure the operational and personalized management of requests (air, rail, cars and hotels)
- Handle litigation and claims
- Manage the interface with suppliers
- Identify and propose fare optimization
- You already know and have worked with *Amadeus *?
- You have a first experience in tourism?
- Do you speak German and English ? (French is a plus!)
- You are enthusiastic and have a good sense of humor?
- Teamwork and a great sense of service are key for you?
