Loyal Guru, the leading customer data platform for retailers to collect and activate their omnichannel customer data in a single view, is looking for an HR Intern to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative tasks in our HR departments, in collaboration with Administration.

Responsibilities:
- Working within the HR department as well as together with the Administration department.
- Responsible for the internal organization and operation of the company's employee database.
- Manage the updating of the database on the Drive and Bamboo HR platform.
- Signing of contracts and other related documents
- Responsible for sending and collecting electronic material and welcome packs to all employees of the company.
- Administrative control of international recruitment.
- Relationship with external suppliers, contracting, supplies, etc.
- Stock and purchases for the office.
- Various tasks as a valid interlocutor with: tax advisors, managers and lawyers.
- Follow-up of the profile of each employee, and reporting of employment registrations and cancellations in the databases.
- Collaboration in the organization of corporate events, such as Christmas, Team Buildings...
- Coordination with other teams when necessary.
Who you are:
- Currently studying a degree in HR or Administration and Finance. Master's degree in office management, HR or Business.
- Fluency in English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus
- Eager to learn about your professional performance in companies.
- Highly organized and responsible
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Team worker
- Skilled in administrative and organizational tasks.
- Office automation skills. Knowledge of Bamboo HR is a plus..
