Description
As an HR Coordinator, you are responsible for providing day-to-day support and guidance to employees and managers related to HR policies and practices and providing office and administrative support activities.
This role will be a member of Qvantel's global HR team having colleagues in Finland, Spain, and India.
The position is permanent and located in the Colombia office (Medellín). Remote work is possible, and you will manage Bolivia's practicalities remotely.
Role Responsibilities,
Some of the responsibilities are associated with the employee life cycle including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, insurance & health benefits, document management, monthly payroll preparations, and payroll cooperation. Ensure accurate and concise records and reports concerning all employee data and all phases of Human Resources processes, working within HRIS tools following company policy and statutory/local laws.
Support employee and manager communications, ensuring that the office practices are fluent and our employees feel happy.
Support administrative activities related to the employee life cycle and administer financial practicalities such as invoice processing.

- Bachelor’s degree related
- At least 3 years of relevant and progressing work experience in HR.
- Experience in running Payroll processes
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Experience in HR Systems
- Systematical organizational skills
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Interest in helping others succeed in their work
- Great people and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
