The role of Marketing & Communications Specialist is to develop and implement assigned marketing communications activities through all available communications tools according to Group guidelines, directives and messages and in the frame of an approved budget. You will ensure executional excellence for all marketing & communications measures in line with brand positioning, corporate identity/design guidelines and global strategy.

This position reports to:
Local Division Manager

Your responsibilities:

  • Proposes and implements communication plans validated by Marketing Communications Manager/line managers and restricted by the relevant budget.
  • Generates leads via advertising, sponsorship and other promotional activities, using the web as a hub for integrated marketing communications.
  • Develops creative concepts related to all communication vehicles in accordance with corporate communication branding guidelines. Oversees work provided by internal and/or external resources.
  • Organizes events and exhibitions to increase corporate image and to support business.
  • Manages relationship with assigned trade media, customers and public associations. Writes and edits promotional materials for use in various media.
  • Manages the creation, production and publications of brochures, catalogues and other sales literature in either printed or electronic form to support sales activities and product launches.
  • Maintains a positive and integrated network in internal and external communication communities to promote knowledge of current practices and innovation.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or related.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing and Communication.
  • Knowledge in design software (visual, audio, video).
  • Travel availability.
  • Valid visa and passport is desirable.
  • A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Fluent English.
