Experience in Medical Terminologies & Medical Report Reading.
Minimum 2 years experience in Medical Scribe / Medical Transcription for US Healthcare
Minimum 4 yrs experience as clinician (if no non clinical / Medical Scribe experience)
EXCELLENT Command On Written & Verbal English (Grammar).
Good in coaching & Feedback skills
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensuring Improvement in employee quality performance through Audits Performed, query resolution and feedback to employees on time
Ensuring standardization in assessment and knowledge transfer to employees through calibration sessions
Ensuring reduction in errors across all teams through on time quality briefings with employees
Ensuring employees are updated with latest updates and knowledge transfer on a regular basis during briefings and one-on-ones
Responsible for publishing assigned daily reports and trackers as per defined schedule without errors
Attend client feedback calls to understand customer needs and ensure dissemination of the same across all teams
Also identify client preferences and nuances during audits to improve the overall service quality
Sunday & Monday Fixed Week off
Shift Time: 10 am to 7 pm /11 am to 8 pm
