Mô Tả Công Việc:

• Build and conduct Future Skills plan to enable the development and growth of our employees for overall business effectiveness optimization
• Facilitate, inspire and coordinate with internal and external partners to develop future capabilities for organization
• Plan & oversee Future Skills budget to ensure the maximum productivity
• Build and enhance a broad range of relationships with learning stakeholders including internal and external trainers, learning ambassadors, business heads, and learning service providers
• Design, deliver and maintain Future Skills programs, contents, frameworks, roadmaps, tools, resources and materials
• Develop all innovative and engaging tools and platforms for a more dynamic learning community
• Manage Future Skills Data collection and analysis to evaluate impact and effectiveness of activities through evaluation methods and key metrics

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy, Education, Social Sciences, Foreign Languages
• At least 5 years’ experience in related field (HR, Training, L&D)
• Profound understanding of Corporate Training Solution
• Good in planning and implementing corporate training
• Good in breakthrough and innovative training initiatives
• Proficiency in virtually interactive learning tools and platforms
• Good in both Vietnamese & English
