Key Areas of Responsibility Include:
- A working knowledge of civil, family law, criminal and commercial litigation in the High, Regional and Magistrate Courts.
- Good drafting skills required for legal opinions, pleadings, etc.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Post Admission and 5 years post-articles relevant experience
- Must be an admitted attorney
- LLB degree
- Ability to work independently
- Must be well-organized and conscientious
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Display good attention to detail
