Description
Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
To manage Production Management functions inclusive of Production Control and Outbound Logistics, to ensure smooth running of the Plant.
To ensure strategic and business plans are in place and executed in line with the organization’s strategies and objective.
Ensure that the plant operates in an efficient manner that meets customer and stakeholder expectations
Ensure that divisional policies and Procedures are adhered to.
To maintain high standard of safety with mínimal injuries on duty and loss time.
Grade 12
B-tech/Degree in Production/Operations Management or Electrical ( Essential)
Computer Literacy - MS-Office (Essential), ERP (Essential), Syspro (Desirable)
Leadership Qualification (Essential)
MBA ( Desirable)
+5 Years’ experience in a Senior Management Role (Essential)
5-10 years’ experience in Experience as a Production Manager /Engineering Manager or similar within a Manufacturing/automotive industry (Essential)
