With new products and features being developed rapidly, we are looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies across multiple squads, helping coach teams to become self-managed and streamline their work process.
About the role:
As a Scrum Master in our global team, you will work closely under our Engineering Manager with multiple squads to help facilitate the implementation of Scrum into Mega.
You will make an impact by
- driving the implementation and training of our people in the Scrum agile approach, facilitating events such as sprint planning, refinements, and daily stand-ups.
- working closely with product managers to help convert their roadmaps into clearly stated backlog items
- building a strong culture for the team to become more proficient in living with Scrum values.
- tracking and maintaining the Scrum team's documents and metrics.
This role can be remote, and we offer flexible work arrangements for employees based at our Auckland office.

You have:
- the ability to engage diverse teams of people, bringing a strong energy and passion to what you do.
- international cultural awareness.
- understanding of SDLC and software development process.
- experience in establishing and running async and 100% remote scrum teams across different time zones.
- experience training and developing teams in the agile approach.
- proven experience in running multiple squads simultaneously.
Qualifications
An Agile industry certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
