We are looking for a Assistant Administrative to be located in Goa, India.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in any specialisation with 2+ years of experience.
- Solid communication skills & strong computer knowledge preferred.
Strongly Desired Skills/Experience:
- Responsible for time keeping function and all associated hardware and software in collaboration with IT and Vendor.
- Updating employee leaves in attendance system
- Sending time office data to HR / PAYROLL by 25th of every month.
- Responsible for issuing HID Cards and Company ID stickers to all the new employees.
- Entering all new joinee’s data in attendance system as per the process.
- Regularizing attendance of all employees.
- Seating management.
- Bus usage related Data mining from QR codes.
- Updating all Comp off requests from the employees.
- Maintaining all employees’ attendance registers.
- Briefing new joinee's on the attendance system
- Overall responsible for Time office and Access System
- Any other Admin work assigned by Manager
