Description
Maintains a clean kitchen, properly wash and sort soiled dishes, and assist in the preparation of food as needed
- Sets up dish stations and operate dishwasher and sink.
- Do proper washing and storage of utensils
- Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.
- Washing of operating equipment
- Ensure kitchen floor is properly sanitized
- Garbage disposal and maintenance of the disposal area
- Proper handling of the equipment usage
- Assist in preparation and packing of food as needed
- Assist in any adhoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- 6 days work week, 9 hours per day
- Physically fit
- Able to work in a hot and humid environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
