Description
Planning and managing drivers' routes,
- Assistance for truck drivers on the road,
- Tracking and tracing drivers located in USA,
- Communication with drivers,
- Communication with direct and 3rd party customers.
As a driver manager, you would be working closely with your assigned team of drivers, direct and 3rd party customers, other team members. Main goals of the job is to prioritize strong relationships with drivers, customers for more efficient and smooth operations as well as making sure excellent communication in between.
Requirements:
- Good spoken and written English (minimum B2 level),
- Knowledge of MS Office,
- At least 1-year experience in customer service field,
- Keen to learn and build career in logistics,
- Availability to work on site.
Salary: From $2,700,000 per month
Education:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- 2 year: 1 year (preferred)
