Job Role:
Client Relationship-Training Plans-Business Develpoment-Marketing.
Requirement:
- Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator or similar role.
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events.
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
- Experience with e-learning platforms.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Strong communication skills.
Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Training Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)
