- To coordinate an effective and efficient facilities management service;
- To effectively coordinate and support major projects;
- To coordinate and plan essential central services such as maintenance, mail, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling;
- To coordinate, plan and execute measures for the safety
- To oversee, plan and execute space planning, office moves, renovations, maintenance and overall operations of facilities;
- Build and maintain internal and external relations
- To enhance, support and promote team work
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in Facilities Management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A commitment to the principles, policies and programme of action of the company
- Ability to function independently and work in a team
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in more than one language
- Previous experience of providing a facilities or maintenance service in a dynamic organisation
- Experience of working with contractors and suppliers and monitoring of service standards
- Ability to prioritise workload, to work under pressure with a high level of organizational proficiency and initiative
- Strong computer skills with competency in Microsoft Office and database packages with experience of accurate data entry;
- Prepared to work long and irregular hours
- Systematic, comprehensive and displaying excellent attention to detail
- Self-starting and innovative
