Social Media Strategist

For an independent agency that offers tailor-made services with a strong technological focus on content and influencers, we are looking for a self-motivated, highly creative:
SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

that will manage top global brand.

The individual will be central to the creative execution of the social media content, working with agency partners, local teams and internal stakeholders to establish creative best practices, tenets and guidelines to ensure that brand social media content is engaging, interesting and identifiable through its look and feel tone and content approach.

Key responsibilities include:

• Management of the content calendar and publishing own and paid content through Sprinklr
• Helping to develop together with the agency innovative content to deliver reputational messages through social media based on our define social strategy
• Working with the agency to manage campaign briefs through to creative, production and delivery
• Embedding an always-on culture of testing and learning from our content
• Reporting in-depth on the performance of content for local campaigns; extracting data insights and learnings
• Collaborating with internal stakeholder teams - both locally and globally

Key requirements:

• 3+ years in social media leadership and creative roles
• In-depth knowledge brand social media campaign planning
• Experience of using the latest social media monitoring/analysis tools and platforms
• In-depth knowledge of Sprinklr
• Fluency in English
• Strong competency in Office software (Outlook, Excel etc.)

• Location: Milan (smart working 3 days per week)
