Cad Drafter / Draftsman (Commercial Office Design)

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with designers to gather site project requirements and designs
• Calculate dimension and requirements in materials
• Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) Autocad software
• Identify potential operational issues and redesign to improve functionality
• Prepare detailed drawings, space planning, design conceptualization, materials, and colour scheme specifications proposals
• Preparation of Interior Proposals in form of mood board, etc.
• To work closely with Engineers and Project Managers to ensure successful completion of assignments within a given timeline.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture or equivalents
• Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Shop Drawing Detail (construction) experience is a must
• Proficient in using AUTODESK softwares in drawing and Microsoft Office.
