Description
Job Description:
- Bookkeeping duties for client’s accounts, including data entry of transactions and preparing schedules and performing reconciliations
- Assist with quarterly GST reconciliation and prepare GST return
- Perform corporate tax computation
- Drafting of financial statements
- Perform general administrative and other ad hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or at least 2 years of working experience in book keeping
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- Meticulous and independent
- Knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Working Hours: Flexible part-time 12 to 24 hours a week and able to work from home with occassional in-person meetings
