Position: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Bukit Batok
Responsibility:
- Identify new business opportunities (Local & Foreign market' vacancy)
- Knowing clients’ businesses needs and supporting them in their recruitment needs
- Visiting clients to build and develop relationships
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
- Conducting 360 recruitment process
Requirement:
- With or without experience are welcome !! On job training will be provided !!
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Result-oriented and sales-driven
- Preferably with CEI / Without CEI must go exam
