Job Description:
- Conducting user research, qualitative/quantitative studies to create a deep understanding of our users & their interaction with our products.
- Gather & evaluate requirements in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and business people.
- Drive product design workflow from research, wireframing, all the way into development-ready interface & prototypes.
- Continuously identify opportunities of improvements in our suite of products.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or user research fields
- Strong portfolio of work demonstrating rigorous process & problem solving skills
- Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other modern design tools
- Experiences in designing from multiple platforms (Web, Android, iOS)
- Required skills: user research, wireframing, interface design, prototyping, usability testing.
- Down to earth, sociable, and can interact with wide spectrum of people; from executives, managers, all the way to blue-collar workers & underprivileged communities.
