Description
Handling customer's calls, answering or addressing any concerns they have.
- Handling inbound & outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customer's needs and filling inquiry form the include basic info about the property they are looking to purchase.
- Distributing leads to sales agents according to area/project of focus for each agent.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints.
- Entering & Updating clients details into the database.
- Maintaining & developing relationships with existing/new clients via telephone calls.
- Preparing a monthly report about the leads received as per project, area, budget, property type.
- A positive attitude, even when faced with misplaced criticism or frustration.
- Partnership with the sales team to meet & exceed customer's service expectations.

- Provide timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns.
- Follow-up with sales agents for leads registration in the system and help them with that if needed, and constantly alert them about the matter.

Contract length: 1 month
Salary: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
