Pyro Marketing is looking for individuals to help change the game in the sales and customer service industry. We teach _in-demand skills, including sales and customer acquisition strategies, how to be an effective trainer as well as how to excel at public speaking. _We have a massive drive for success but still love to have some fun through our team-building workshops, excursions, and trips!
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Full-time availability
- Previous experience in customer service/sales is considered an asset
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Salary: $800.00-$1,200.00 per week
