We are currently looking for a PROJECT MANAGER - FIT -OUT who has experience in joinery.

Qualifications:

4 - 7 years experience within UAE
Must be able to join immediately
Lead the planning, coordination and control of projects from inception to completion
Develop the project budget and manage expenditure to achieve completion within budget.
Provide timely regular reporting on project progress, cost, key risks and decisions required.
Managing projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality.
Plan and organize the execution teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other resources required for the project and coordinate between the design and execution teams to ensure that work is being carried out as per the design documents, specifications, etc
Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers.
Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers.
Checking of invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at site and approval of Completion Certificates.
Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labor schedule.
Quality control of work done at site.
Observe the skills, attitude, attendance etc. of the workforce and rate them monthly to improve their performance at site.
